AI Agent Configuration

AI Agent

The AI agent is the core of Setterix. It reads incoming DMs and generates context-aware replies based on your business configuration.

Configuration cards

In Settings → Agent, you'll find several configuration sections:

  • Business Info — Name, description, industry, website. This gives the AI general context.
  • Personality & Tone — Choose how the agent communicates: formal, friendly, casual, professional, etc.
  • FAQs — Add common questions and answers. The AI uses these to reply accurately.
  • Pricing — Enter your products/services with prices. The AI quotes them correctly.
  • Qualification — Define what makes a qualified lead (budget, location, interest, etc.).
  • Goals — What should the AI try to achieve? Book a meeting, collect info, redirect to sales?
  • Forbidden Topics — Things the AI should never discuss or promise.
  • Booking — Enable AI meeting scheduling with your calendar availability.
  • Language — Primary language for responses.

    • How it works

  • A DM arrives on Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp.
  • The webhook triggers the agent pipeline.
  • The agent loads the conversation history, lead data, and your config.
  • It generates a response using Claude via WaveSpeed.
  • The response is sent back through the Meta API with typing indicators.

  • Fast model for greetings — Simple first messages use a faster, cheaper model.
  • Auto-tagging — Leads are tagged based on conversation content.
  • Lead scoring — Automatic 1-100 score based on qualification criteria.
  • Handoff detection — Recognizes when a human needs to take over.
