Settings → Usage shows the active plan, AI message credits, conversations, leads, connected accounts and feature limits.
Every AI bubble actually delivered to a lead consumes one credit — not one credit per AI turn. If the agent splits its answer into 3 short bubbles instead of 1 long message, that's 3 credits, same as sending 3 separate replies. Sent media counts the same way. Human messages you or your team send never consume AI credits. Usage is monthly, scoped to the active organization's billing period.
Settings → Billing provides plan checkout, invoice estimate and the customer portal when a billing customer exists. Use the portal for payment methods, invoices and provider-supported subscription actions.
