Can I use Setterix with a personal Instagram account?
No. You need an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
How fast does the AI reply?
Typically within 3-10 seconds. The AI sends typing indicators first for a natural feel.
Can I customize what the AI says?
Yes. In Settings → Agent you can configure FAQs, tone, pricing, forbidden topics, and more. The AI follows your configuration closely.
What happens if the AI doesn't know the answer?
The AI will either use your FAQ content, politely acknowledge it doesn't have that info, or trigger a handoff to a human agent depending on your configuration.
Can I reply manually?
Yes. Simply type a reply in the Inbox. AI is automatically paused for that conversation when you reply manually.
Does Setterix store my customer data?
All data is stored securely in Supabase with row-level security. Each organization can only access its own data.
Can I export my leads?
Yes. Use the bulk export feature in the Leads page to download a CSV.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
