Back to Help CenterCreate your account — Sign up with email or Google at the login page. Connect Meta — Go to Settings → Integrations and connect your Instagram or Facebook page. This lets the AI agent read and reply to DMs. Configure your agent — Open Settings → Agent and fill in your business info, FAQs, pricing, and tone. The more context you give, the better the AI responds. Go live — Once connected and configured, the agent starts replying automatically. You can monitor conversations in the Inbox. Inbox — All conversations across connected channels in one place. Leads — Every person who messages you becomes a lead, automatically scored and tagged.
