Recommended setup
- Connect Meta — Open Settings → Integrations and connect the professional account you want to operate.
- Define the agent — Complete Identity, Voice, Knowledge, Conversation and Goals in AI Agent. Changes autosave.
- Load real knowledge — Add products, FAQs, objections and testimonials. Use Library for files and media.
- Configure meetings — Choose Google Calendar or a custom link, then set each member's availability and timezone.
- Test and activate — Use the simulator before enabling the Setter.
- Operate from Inbox — Watch live conversations, answer manually and update lead data.
