Back to Help CenterReal-time messages — New messages appear instantly via Supabase Realtime. AI toggle — Each conversation has an AI switch. Turn it off to take over manually; turn it on to let the agent resume. Quick actions — Mark as read, assign to a team member, add tags, or change lead status directly from the conversation. Search & filter — Filter by channel (IG, FB, WA), AI status, read/unread, or lead tags. Typing indicators — The agent sends typing indicators before each message for a natural feel. When you reply manually, AI is automatically paused for that conversation. Use the lead sidebar to see contact info, tags, score, and qualification status. Conversations are sorted by most recent activity by default.
