Connect it from Settings → Integrations, then select Google Calendar as the booking method in Meetings → Settings. Each teammate's own hours and timezone are set separately, in Meetings → My availability — not on the Integrations page.
Setterix combines each assigned member's enabled weekly ranges and timezone with their live Google busy periods (looking up to 7 days ahead). A confirmed slot creates a real event and shares Google Meet automatically once the connection is active — without it, the meeting is still saved in the CRM, just without the calendar side.
If a time is missing, verify that member's rotation participation, their enabled day/range, timezone, and the connection itself. Older connections may need reconnecting for live availability to come back. The custom-link method never queries Google at all — it just hands over a fixed URL.
