Calendar displays recorded meetings by month. Settings controls the booking method. Each member's own availability now lives in its own screen, "My availability" — it's no longer part of Settings.
Booking method — only two real choices
- Google Calendar — Combines each assigned member's weekly hours with their live Google busy periods, creates a real calendar event, and shares a Google Meet link automatically when the connection is active. If Google isn't connected, the meeting is still recorded in the CRM, just without a live calendar event.
- Custom link — Stores one URL (this is how Calendly, Cal.com or anything else still works) and sends it to the lead; the agent never negotiates or proposes a time in chat, it just hands over the link.
Calendly and "no booking" used to be separate picker options; they aren't anymore — a Calendly link now goes under Custom link, and existing orgs that still have the old values saved are shown mapped to the closest current option automatically, nothing changes in their data.
My availability (per member)
Each person sets their own timezone and weekly schedule — several time ranges per day are allowed, and a day left off is never offered. A separate toggle controls whether that person participates in meeting rotation at all. Admins can edit any teammate's schedule and add people without a real account (useful for tracking, but they can't actually receive a booking through rotation — only real users with logins can).
Rotation
Setterix always assigns the SAME setter to a given conversation once it's been assigned once, as long as they're still eligible — it doesn't re-roll on every booking. A first assignment (or a re-pick if the previous setter becomes ineligible) goes to whoever has the fewest upcoming meetings among active, eligible members.
Real limits worth knowing
Meeting duration is fixed at 30 minutes — there's currently no setting in the UI to change it. Setterix looks 7 days ahead for open slots, offers up to 12 at a time in 30-minute steps, and won't offer anything less than 15 minutes from now.
Manual booking from Inbox
The lead panel in Inbox shows an "Agendar reunión" button when a lead isn't already booked. It's only available when Google Calendar is the org's chosen method — the custom-link method has nothing for a teammate to trigger manually, since the agent just sends the link itself.
Reconnect Google Calendar from Integrations if live availability stops showing up.
