Meetings

Setterix can book meetings automatically through AI conversations.

Setup

  • Connect your calendar — Go to Settings → Meetings and connect Google Calendar or Calendly.
  • Set availability — Define your available time slots (days, hours, timezone).
  • Enable AI booking — In your agent config, enable the booking feature and set the booking mode.

    • How it works

  • During a conversation, when a lead is qualified and interested, the AI proposes available times.
  • The AI checks your real calendar availability (Google Calendar FreeBusy) to avoid conflicts.
  • Once the lead confirms a time, the AI creates the calendar event and sends a confirmation.
  • Reminder emails are sent 24h and 1h before the meeting.

    In the Meetings page you can:

  • See all upcoming and past meetings.
  • Record outcomes: completed, no-show, cancelled, rescheduled.
  • Track revenue from closed-won meetings.
  • Reschedule with a date/time picker.

    • Calendar integrations

  • Google Calendar — Full integration: read availability, create events, invite attendees.
  • Calendly — List event types, check availability, generate one-off booking links.
