Reseller mode
When you activate reseller mode on your Agency plan, you operate as a Setterix partner: you manage end-customer workspaces under your account while Setterix bills you for platform usage.
Where to find each thing
Monthly quota, usage bars, and pack purchases — Open **Workspace → White Label → Billing**. There you see your conversation pool for the month, how much each client consumes, and you can register extra conversation or messages-per-chat packs.End customers and usage per workspace — Open **Workspace → White Label → Clients**. Each row is a client organization with its own usage metrics and quick actions (domain, branding, limits).Aggregated partner metrics — **Workspace → White Label → Analytics** shows totals across all your clients for the selected period.Users and access
Each end customer has its own users. They are not members of your partner workspace. Your team manages clients from the partner dashboard; client users only log into their own workspace.
When you open a client from the Clients tab, you can impersonate or configure that workspace without mixing data with your internal team.
Branding and custom domain
For each client you can set:
Brand — Logo, colors, and product name shown in their dashboard (Workspace → White Label → Brand when viewing that client).Custom domain — Host the app on the client's domain (e.g. `app.client.com`) with DNS verification (Domain tab).Changes apply per workspace; your partner workspace keeps its own identity.
Usage packs (Setterix billing)
If you need more capacity than your Agency plan includes:
Conversation packs — Extra monthly conversations shared across your client pool. Purchase and register them under **Billing**.Messages per chat packs — Raise the AI message cap per conversation for heavy threads.Pack prices and registration are centralized in Billing so you do not duplicate purchases across tabs.
Typical workflow
Activate reseller mode in Rates & team (Tarifas y equipo).Create or invite a client workspace from Clients.Configure their brand and domain.Monitor usage in Billing and buy packs before hitting limits.Review performance in Analytics.Need help?
