Overview is a fixed trailing-7-day snapshot — unlike Analytics, there's no date range picker here. It also has an "all accounts" view Analytics doesn't: you can look at every connected Instagram account combined, or switch to a single one from the header.
What it shows
- Conversations and messages from the last 7 days.
- Qualified leads — counts a lead as qualified here if it currently sits in "Qualified" (or the legacy "meeting_booked" status) and was last updated within that same 7-day window.
- Meetings and a simple conversion rate (meetings ÷ conversations for the period).
- Active leads currently qualifying, and total leads for the account.
- Up to 40 priority leads (anything qualifying, qualified, or booked) and up to 40 recent meetings.
Refresh reloads server data and Go to Inbox opens conversation work.
Why it can differ from Analytics
Both read the same underlying data, but not the same window: Overview is always the last 7 days and can combine every account, while Analytics uses whatever date range and single account you pick there. A number that looks different in each isn't a bug — they're answering different questions.
